 Production Method

This wine is made from a blend of Uruguay’s famed Tannat grape with Merlot and a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are carefully hand harvested at optimum ripeness in order to create a wine of great depth and complexity. We elaborated individually by traditional vinification each variety.Cold maceration during 48 hours. The must was fermented in stainless steel during 10 days at controlled density and temperature between 25 and 28ºC.
Lightly press. After the fermentation, the Malolactic fermentation took placed in stainless steel at a stable temperature. After 6 months we decided the blend by tasting and the wine was matured in stainless steel before bottling.
